With the aim of simplifying spa, wellness and thermal management processes, Host, with 27 years' experience in the hotel sector and a leading supplier of hotel management systems, with more than 1,700 hotels in its portfolio, has just launched a new HOST Wellness product.

Control of equipment such as cabins, baths and rooms, coordination and management of schedules between therapists, as well as monitoring their respective skills, are the main tasks performed by the new HOST Wellness, “which allows for complete customization of customer service,” says Host.

To top it off, the product also allows full integration with the various points of sale on the market, as well as a billing system compatible with the SNS - National Health Service.One of the main new features of this product is “the analytical dashboard, with extremely precise and useful management reports”, says the company. “The ease of managing wellness session bookings is one of the main advantages for companies that manage SPAs, providing better planning and organization of resources, services and activities,” it adds.

HOST Wellness is fully integrated with the other HOST products, “allowing specific packages to be configured that include accommodation and catering, as well as easier payment management”, adds the company.
