• Personal information processed by Host to provide Cloud services, technical
assistance, consulting/ACS or other services to Host customers. "Personal
information for services" is personal information processed by Host on behalf
of a customer, in order to provide and carry out contracted services.
• Personal information you provide on third-party websites not controlled by
Host. During the interaction with our websites, you also have the possibility
to access websites, services, social networks, applications or other functions
that do not belong to Host. Activating these features allows the processing
of personal information about you by entities other than Host.
Host has no control over third-party features. We advise you to consult the

Host and its affiliated entities are responsible for processing your personal
information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Host processes information about you that directly identifies you, such as
name, email and address, and information about you that can only indirectly
identify you, such as device identifiers or online activity, when are not
associated with your name.
Host may process information about you collected directly offline and online,
including when you create a Host account to access Host products and services
or participate in a Host-sponsored event. Information about you may also be provided to Host by other selected sources, such as data aggregates, which may not have a direct relationship with you, or by third parties who collect said information on behalf of Host, such as when you download a technical article from Host.
Specific information about you that Host may collect and process depending on
your interaction with Host, including:

• IP address and information that may be derived from the IP address, such as

• Information about a device you use, such as browser, device type, operating
system, the presence or use of "apps", screen resolution and preferredlanguage;
• Certain location or geolocation information that you provide directly or
through automated means, if you choose to enable location-based services
from the Device or Host Application;
• Behavioural data from the computer or Internet-connected device you use
when interacting with websites, such as ads you click or view, websites and
content areas, date and time of activities, or the web search used to locate and navigate to a website. Certain online information about you or device information may come from the use of cookies and similar technologies (for example, pixel tags and device identifiers) on our websites or third-party websites. Please note that the Host does not control the content that you may post on the forums or social networks of the Host communities. Host does not ask you to submit any confidential personal information, such as details regarding racial or ethnic origin, religion or philosophical beliefs, health, sexual orientation, political affiliation in connection with job applications and our recruitment activities. To the extent that the information provided by you contains confidential information, for example, details as to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or beliefs, religious beliefs, trade union membership or party affiliation, physical or mental health status, sexual orientation, practice or alleged practice of crime or similar, professional evaluations or academic records, we assume that you expressly authorise Host to process this information as specified in this Privacy Policy. Host's processing of voice recordings or images, behaviours, personality or other psychometric information obtained from you is subject to the terms of the Supplemental Recruitment Privacy Policy.
On the other hand, if you suffer from a disability and want Host to take into account any need for adaptation, you can provide such information during the recruitment process. In some countries, under applicable law, Host may expressly request information such as race or ethnicity for the purposes of controlling equal opportunities.
However, we do not ask candidates to provide such information as part of their job application and recruitment activities and, if the candidate chooses to provide such information under Host's equal opportunities program, it will not be visible or used in the selection or hiring process.
You are responsible for the personal information you provide or make available to Host and must ensure that it is relevant, true, accurate and that it is not misleading. You must ensure that the information provided does not contain material that is obscene, defamatory or that infringes any third party rights, that it does not contain harmful code and that it does not violate any law. In addition, if you provide information regarding any other person, such as individuals that you indicate as a reference, you are responsible for providing all notices and obtaining the necessary authorisations for Host to collect and use such information as described in this Privacy Policy.

In addition to the terms you accepted when applying on Host's recruitment page website, you agree to these terms of use and supplemental use of your personal information as set out in these Supplementary Recruitment Privacy Policy Terms (Supplementary Privacy Policy). Information obtained about you as a result of assessments or appraisals may include certain types of data about your personality, behaviour and suitability for a particular role. Personal information captured in a video recording may include personal information such as your voice and image. Sensitive personal information also includes information revealed in a video interview, such as racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, union membership, political affiliation, physical or mental health, commission or alleged commission of a crime or similar or professional assessments or academic records. Host does not ask you to provide such types of personal information. If you do not consent to your personal information being used as set out in this supplemental Privacy Policy, you should not apply through this process. If you want the Host to take into account any need for adaptation, you must contact the Host through jobs@hhs.pt and the Host may offer an adaptation, such as a telephone interview, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Host will store a copy of the interview in accordance with its retention policies, but will not retain the video longer than necessary to evaluate a candidate or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. You understand that Host will not hire all applicants and that submitting a video interview does not guarantee a job offer.
Host reserves the right to make an offer or deny an interview, at its sole discretion, to candidates who submit an interview through this process, or who choose to adapt to an interview over the phone or, in some cases, in person with a host recruiter. Any candidate who, at Host's discretion, has tampered with a video, shared illegal or prohibited content or violated Host's Terms & Conditions, must understand that all content may be used as set out in the Terms & Conditions including, to provide content for law enforcement.
