Host Hotel Systems begins 2023 with a new hire, Zélia Freitas, who takes on the role of Senior Account Manager. “The hiring is justified by the increase in demand in Portugal as well as the search for an ever closer relationship with its customers,” the company said in a statement.
With a degree in Hotel Management from the University of the Algarve and postgraduate degrees in Hotel Management, Information Analysis and Management and Data Science for Hospitality and Tourism, Zélia Freitas has over nine years' experience in the hospitality technology sector, where she held positions as Territory Manager at ITBase/WareGuest. Zélia has also been a guest lecturer at Universidade Lusófona, INP - Instituto Superior de Novas Profissões and Key Account Manager at Samsung Electronics.
Host Hotel Systems is the largest hotel technology supplier operating in Portugal, equipping more than 1,700 properties and whose main product is hotel management software, which includes PMS (Property Management System), POS (Point-of-Sale), EMS (Room and Event Management) and Wellness (SPA, Wellness and Spa Management).
