Through 2-way integration with Host
Hoxell continuously receives all information regarding guest reservations. This allows Hoxell to be continuously updated with all current and future reservations so that the use of paper in the Hotel is completely eliminated.
The interface updates
The interface updates the data in Hoxell continuously (not just once a day) so that Hoxell is perfectly aligned with the data in Host.
Special notes
We also import special notes for the housekeeper from HOST so that the department can prepare rooms as the guest requested to avoid guest complaints.
Cleaning Status
The 2-way integration allows Hoxell to send room cleaning statuses in real time. This allows you to have , in real time, the room cleaning status in HOST helping the reception to be able to have the updated room status directly in the PMS.
