Description
proRMS is an easy-to-use system that automatically manages prices in hotels, apartments and cottages, adjusting them according to current demand. With advanced algorithms using artificial intelligence, proRMS quickly analyzes a variety of data, including competitor prices, to help increase revenue. It is a SaaS (Software as a Service) service, which means it is constantly available online and does not require the installation of additional software. proRMS is helpful for both small facilities that can benefit from automated price management and experienced managers looking for ways to optimize revenue. Processes that previously took a lot of time, such as market analysis and price adjustments, are now done quickly and efficiently, saving time and increasing revenue.
Benefits
Continuous Data Collection and Processing
The implemented platform regularly and continuously collects and collates data from various sources much faster than would be possible manually. Apart from the information value thus offered to the user, the system has up-to-date information on occupancy, reservations, competition, market demand, which eliminates the risk of human error or too late/hasty decisions on price changes.
Optimization of Prices and Restrictions
The system independently analyzes the rate of booking changes, prices of competitors. Learning algorithms constantly process a range of information, so proRMS recommends price and restriction changes separately for different room categories, different pricing plans, and makes sure that individual offers are applied appropriately in selected scenarios.
Reporting and Forecasting
Additional value derived from the work of proRMS is affordable reporting. Additional BI modules allow you to easily model the data as you need it. This allows you to spend your time analyzing rather than collating data. Advanced AI-powered forecasting algorithms allow you to get a full daily occupancy and revenue forecast for future months after a period of system learning.
Distribution and Transmission of Data
In the next step, it makes its own decisions and price changes and restrictions directly in Channel Manager. This happens in two modes, depending on user preference: AutoRM mode - ideal for small sites or when the Revenue Manager is busy or absent. Assistant mode - a competent virtual assistant will make recommendations for the Manager's approval. In either of the two modes, the user can have the final say anyway. With the autonomy to make real-time decisions, hotels, apartments and cottages increase revenue, and the Revenue Manager saves his time for other activities.
